Venkat heads our Sales and Marketing team. A highly accomplished professional with over 29 years of experience in sales and marketing in building construction products and Industrial segment. Keen strategist with expertise in managing Profit centre operations, Business development and Sales.

Deft in scaling up business and enhancing the value of operating business units through process improvements focused on sales & best practice identification and implementation. He has a Bachelors degree in Industrial Production and a Masters in Marketing Management

Shivalingayya joined Brainstorm in 2010 with the experience of a Detailing Engineer for about 3 years. His expertise in delivering diverse miscellaneous projects involves stairs, ladders, dumpster gates, bollards, vanity supports, ramp rails, pit grating with frames, ship ladders, etc. Architectural Miscellaneous detailing being his forte, he manages an industrious team who primarily focus on architectural miscellaneous projects.

Saravanan Nagaraj is one of our youngest Project Managers, responsible for leading his team in executing various projects for one of our largest clients. With 15 years of experience in the steel detailing industry and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil, he excels in delivering projects on time with uncompromised quality..

Balaji began his career with hands-on site experience in various construction activities in Civil Engineering. He joined Brainstorm Infotech as a fresher in the steel detailing industry, and through continuous improvement and involvement in remarkable projects, he has grown into the role of Project Manager with over 10 years of experience. Balaji now handles projects in the Quebec and Canada regions, leading a team that consistently delivers high-quality services.

He excels in providing supervision, leadership, and technical support to Structural Steel Detailers, ensuring drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to drafting standards. Anantharaj S began his career in steel detailing at Brainstorm Infotech in 2015, after gaining 2 years of site experience as a Civil Engineer. With 9 years of experience in the steel detailing industry, he has been instrumental in handling numerous industrial and commercial projects for Canadian clients. Anantharaj’s expertise and dedication have made him a key player in delivering high-quality results and managing complex projects efficiently.

Karthi Kumaran KC

Karthi Kumaran KC is a highly qualified structural engineer with a postgraduate degree from a well-reputed university in the U.K. With 14 years of experience in designing steel and concrete structures, Karthi has worked on residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial projects across the U.S.A, Middle East (U.A.E), Canada, and India. His expertise lies in the design of steel structures and their connections. Karthi is a registered member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, U.K, and is working towards attaining Chartered Engineer status. Known for his discipline and passion, Karthi leads his team with dedication and precision.

Sarathkumar V

Sarathkumar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and began his career as a lecturer before transitioning to the steel detailing industry. He joined Brainstorm Infotech in 2015 as a fresher and quickly specialized in handling architectural miscellaneous steels. Sarathkumar is known for his discipline, adaptability to various standards, and his passion for leading his team. He now leads a dynamic young engineering team capable of managing diverse projects with efficiency and precision.

Tharuman

Tharuman is one of our youngest project managers and along with his team is responsible for executing projects with one of our largest clients. He had completed his Bachelors in C.E. and has a total experience of 8 yrs in the Construction Industry. His core specialization is into Structural Steel Detailing for last 7 yrs. He is extremely desciplined in executing his work and passionatelyleads his team.

Aswin Balakrishnan

Aswin is our youngest manager who handles one of the biggest teams in Brainstorm Infotech, the Drafting team. They work on shop drawings, editing, and checking for projects of all categories and standards. Being highly competent, he took on the role of managing a team early in his career, and has been rightly justifying it.

Jerin Levi

Jerin Levi is a new Project Manager at Brainstorm Infotech, bringing 10 years of experience in handling a variety of US-based industrial and commercial projects. As a competent and dedicated team member, Jerin excels in problem-solving and quickly adapting to new technologies. His ability to learn rapidly from challenges and apply those lessons effectively has made him a strong leader. Passionate about his work, Jerin is driven to deliver high-quality results and make a positive impact on every project he undertakes.
