Tampa Premium Mall comprises of 9 buildings connected by covered walkways spread across an area of 56 acres. It also houses an indoor food court and a playground for kids. The 1600+ ton project was executed in over 10 phases.
The buildings consist of tilt up concrete panels and metal roofs. This composite structure includes W, C, L and HSS sections as structural members. The buildings also consist of ship ladders, gallery steel, deck area steel, parking area trellis, south and north comfort station, steel curved framing at food court trellis and a crossover bridge with guard rails.
